Lingdechuang possesses a first-class intelligent production and manufacturing base in China, covering an area exceeding 10,000 square meters with a total investment exceeding 100 million yuan. The base has introduced WMS, MES, EAM, QMS, PLM, and ERP management systems, encompassing areas such as warehouse system digitization, intelligent manufacturing execution, and intelligent enterprise asset management. Simultaneously, an industrial IoT device platform has been established to achieve communication and data collection from multi-source devices, as well as intelligent management. Furthermore, the manufacturing system is directly integrated with business systems to realize value-added applications such as data analysis, remote diagnostics, and process control. This has further enhanced intelligent production capabilities, gradually enabling large-scale data model production, laying a solid foundation for achieving unmanned production in the future.
